Bakemax BMSM040 73 qt Spiral Mixer - Floor Model, 220v/3ph

Great for pizzerias and bakeries, the Bakemax BMSM040 spiral mixer is specially designed for heavy doughs. Its large 73-quart bowl and spiral agitator rotate simultaneously, mixing contents thoroughly. The bowl's spin direction is reversible and, when rotating backwards, it blends dough downward and stirs in moisture for cooled results.

The Bakemax BMSM040 spiral mixer operates at two speeds and users can flip between these speeds without stopping the mixer. For convenience, operators can select the speed and set the timer, and it will stop automatically when the timer hits zero. If the safety guard moves out of place during a mix cycle, the unit stops automatically to ensure operator safety.
