Bakemax BMSM030 Description
The Bakemax BMSM030 spiral mixer is designed to be used in heavy volume operations. This model is great for heavy dough for making pizzas and bagels. This bowl can hold up to 661/8 pounds of dough in one batch. There is an increase in volume and uniform texture is created thanks to the powerful spiral mixing capable with this mixer. The speed synchronizes with the reverse rotating bowl to mix ingredients and blend dough. This dual-direction mixing technology keeps dough cooler to achieve results more efficiently.
This model has a stainless steel spiral agitator and bowl that are durable for commercial use. The Bakemax BMSM030 spiral mixer’s bowl rotates forward and backward to improve efficiency and add flexibility in the mixing process. There are controls to adjust the speed of the mixer and a timer that automatically controls the mixing time. If the timer is interrupted, the machine is still operational. The mixer is prevented from operating if the safety guard is not in place.
