The Bakemax BMSM020 spiral mixer's bowl, safety guard, and spiral agitator are constructed of stainless steel—a resilient metal that resists rust and corrosion through frequent use. To complement existing kitchen equipment, it has a white exterior. This standalone floor unit features a 36-quart bowl and 44-pound dough capacity for mixing large volumes of dough for pizzerias, bakeries, bagel shops, and more.
To reduce the risk of injury, the Bakemax BMSM020 commercial dough mixer automatically shuts off if its safety guard is lifted. Its bowl direction is modifiable to rotate forward or backward, and its dual-direction mixing technology increases efficiency and ensures thorough mixing. To further improve performance, it features a high-power motor with two mixing speeds. Overall, this spiral mixer measures 20 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 38 inches high.
