The Bakemax BMFD002 double-deck oven is designed for high-capacity commercial baking. Part of the BakeMax® series, this electric oven accommodates up to (8) 18-inch by 26-inch pans across two spacious decks, making it ideal for large-scale operations. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated with rock wool, the oven ensures consistent heat retention for reliable results. Each deck is equipped with an artisan stone hearth for even heat distribution, while adjustable doors with large tempered glass windows and interior lighting improve usability and visibility during operation. A compartment steam generator installed above the heating elements supports steam injection for enhanced moisture control, resulting in superior baking quality.
Equipped with advanced digital controllers, LED displays, and rocker switches, the Bakemax BMFD002 provides precise and efficient operation. Operators can separately control the top and bottom heating elements, while moisture control dampers allow for custom baking conditions. Additional features include 99-minute digital timers with audible alarms, LED indicators, and a chamber oven light controlled by rocker switches.
