Bakemax BMDDD02 Description
The Bakemax BMDDD02 double-deck oven accommodates up to four 18-inch by 26-inch pans across two decks. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel construction, the oven is fully insulated with rock wool for exceptional heat retention. Each deck features an artisan stone hearth for even baking, adjustable doors with large tempered glass windows, and chamber lighting for improved visibility. The compartment steam generator, installed above the heating elements, enables steam injection for moisture control, enhancing the quality of baked goods.
Equipped with digital controllers, LED displays, and rocker switches, the Bakemax BMDDD02 oven is easy to operate. The oven allows separate control of top and bottom heating elements for precise baking and includes moisture control dampers for optimal results. Additional features include 99-minute digital timers with audible alarms, LED indicators, and an on-off rocker switch for efficient operation. Supported by four heavy-duty legs with lockable casters, the oven ensures stability and mobility.
