Its heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and interior are fully insulated with rock wool to retain heat efficiently. The large tempered glass windows and interior lighting enhance visibility during operation, while the fully adjustable doors ensure optimal performance and usability. This oven includes a compartment steam generator installed above the heating elements for effective moisture control, enhancing the quality of baked goods.
