APW Wyott TM-90 ULS Description
The APW TM-90ULS food well is intended for wet or dry food displays. This 133/5-inch-wide unit has a singular well that fits a 12-inch by 20-inch pan. It should be top mounted, and its four-sided EZ lock design makes installation smooth. The pan is made of a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its drainless design is seamless and simple to wipe down.
The heating element of the APW TM-90ULS drop-in food well is located underneath the unit, and for a direct supply of heat, it’s directed via a serpentine-style tube. This heating element is powerful enough for unhindered efficiency, which is useful for this well’s uninsulated design. Using the thermostatic control system, users can accurately adjust temperatures, while the temperature-ready indicator light indicates when the set conditions are reached.
