The APW Wyott GCRB-36S Workline CharRock gas charbroiler is a heavy-duty countertop unit designed to deliver superior grilling performance. Built with a stainless steel front and reinforced aluminized steel sides, this charbroiler is designed for durability and long-term use. A full-width water pan simplifies cleanup, while the 4-inch adjustable legs provide stability on countertops. Its 36-inch-wide cooking surface features thin-line cast iron grates, which are removable in 6-inch sections for streamlined cleaning and maintenance. The unit includes a cast iron rock holder that enhances heat retention and distributes heat evenly for consistent cooking results. With three 30,000 BTU burners, each controlled independently, operators can adjust heat levels for different cooking zones.
