  • A fire hazard!

"We use this product to keep food warm before we send it out to our customers. When it first arrived it wouldn't turn on. Had Service Solutions out a few days later who discovered the wires were connected incorrectly from the factory and one of the indicator lights didn't work. They ordered a new light and fixed the wiring. It worked great for just over a month then it started smoking and sounded like an electrical short was occurring so I unplugged it, took it apart, and found that one of the wires had completely burned up. I ended up replacing the wire and it worked again for another month or so until the same thing happened to the other side which actually melted the switch. Now I'm waiting again for Service Solutions to come out and hopefully fix it. This heat lamp is more of a fire hazard than anything!"
