APW Wyott CW-2AI Description
The APW Wyott CW-2AI X*PERT™ food pan warmer has a 5 1⁄2-gallon capacity to accommodate pre-cooked product for warming and rethermalizing. It can hold one full-size pan and is made of durable stainless steel to resist rusting. It is insulated to protect the internal components and the countertop below from overheating. This unit is ideal for a buffet or serving line, as well as in the back-of-house.
It requires wet operation, which—paired with the W-shaped heating element— evenly distributes heat. Steel supports reflect heat from the element towards the interior. The APW Wyott CW-2AI rethermalizer is controlled thermostatically, simplifying operation. This unit can handle breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods.
