Its 108-inch top is made of 16-gauge 430 series stainless steel and includes a 5-inch backsplash with a 1-inch return to guard walls from splashes. The 1⁵⁄₈-inch sanitary rolled front rim and square sides help keep pans, tools, and ingredients in place during prep.

To support use in demanding kitchens, the Advance Tabco TSKG-249 work table is constructed with two hat channels stud welded beneath the surface for reinforcement. These channels are backed by TIG-welded gussets and adhesive-secured supports to maintain a level top. The open base design includes rear and side cross rails for structural integrity, while the space below provides room for storage or leg clearance. Angle adapters simplify drawer installation, and adjustable stainless steel bullet feet help level the table on uneven flooring.
