A 1½-inch backsplash shields nearby surfaces from splatter, while the 1⅝-inch sanitary rolled front rim eliminates sharp edges for safer daily use. The top is sound deadened to reduce vibrations and noise during operation. All seams are TIG welded and polished to match adjacent surfaces, delivering a seamless, uniform finish.

To minimize surface deflection under heavy use, the Advance Tabco TSFG-304 work table includes two hat channels stud welded underneath for reinforcement. These are complemented by 1⅝-inch tubular stainless steel legs that are braced with 1¼-inch side and 1⅝-inch rear crossrails to enhance frame stability. Pre-engineered welded angle adapters streamline future drawer installation.
