Pre-engineered welded angle adapters are included to simplify future drawer installations without modifying the structure. Reinforced with stainless steel crossrails on the rear and sides, the base is built from 1⁵⁄₈-inch tubular stainless steel legs to maintain frame stability during repeated use. Three hat channels stud welded beneath the surface help distribute weight and preserve a level work area, while sound-deadening materials beneath the top reduce vibration and noise in high-traffic prep areas.

The Advance Tabco TSAG-249 work table features a flat-top configuration with a 144-inch by 30-inch work surface constructed of 16-gauge 430-series stainless steel. A satin finish gives the top a polished look while streamlining routine cleanup, and TIG-welded seams are polished to match adjacent surfaces for a smooth, hygienic presentation. Its front and rear edges are shaped with a 1⁵⁄₈-inch sanitary rolled rim to eliminate sharp points and reduce contact hazards, while square side bends create a clean, angular aesthetic that complements any prep station.
