Hat channels run under the length of the top, reducing the risk of bending, while staff members can slice and chop ingredients on the sound-deadened worktop without worrying about loud noises. For comfort, the unit is as tall as regular countertops and has a rolled front edge. This work table has adjustable bullet feet for stability, and staff can slide supplies under the table to maximize storage.
