Each of its two vats has a sizeable oil capacity of 50 pounds, which is ideal for high-volume operations. To ensure consistent results and maintain oil quality, it has a built-in filtration system.
For corrosion resistance and streamlined cleaning, the doors, cabinets, and frypot of the Frymaster FPRE214TC commercial deep fryer are made of resilient stainless steel. The digital interface provides precise readings in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, while sediment is collected with a forward-sloping bottom to keep oil fresh.
