The cabinet door, sides, and frypot of the Frymaster FPRE180-21 electric fryer are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel—a material that's durable and withstands high-volume use. To further maximize convenience, it has an open-pot design and built-in filtration system. Designed with an 80-pound vat capacity and production capability of 84 pounds of fries per hour, this unit is ideal for use in high-volume environments.
Equipped with a digital interface, the Frymaster FPRE180-21 commercial fryer is straightforward to operate and enables users to constantly monitor oil temperature levels. To maintain consistent oil quality, the forward-sloping bottom helps collect and remove sediment from the frypot.
