The Frymaster 21814GF commercial fryer's two vats each have a 63-pound capacity; the unit is 40 inches wide by 331⁄8 inches deep by 473⁄4 inches high. Operating with an 8-GPM pump, the filtration system rids the oil of sediment, increasing its lifespan to reduce replacement frequency. For accurate temperature readouts, the 1-degree probe is mounted directly to the swing-up heating elements. To provide mobility, casters are installed to the bottom of this deep fryer cart.
Solid particulate is kept away from cooking oil due to the Frymaster 21814GF gas fryer's wide cold zone. To facilitate cleaning, oil can be removed using a built-in drain. The unit's door, frypot, and cabinet sides all are made of stainless steel—a durable metal that resists rust, corrosion, and common wear and tear. This fryer features SMART4U® technology that enables users to program specific buttons for frequent applications and menu items.
