Suitable for environments where it will experience rigorous use, the Frymaster 11814EF electric fryer's cabinet sides, door, and frypot are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It features an open-pot layout to streamline cleaning, as well as a sloped bottom with a drain through which old oil and sediment can be removed. This floor-style model has a 60-pound oil capacity and measures 20 inches wide by 307⁄8 inches deep by 453⁄8 inches high.
The Frymaster 11814EF floor fryer features a built-in filtration system with a pump flowing at 8 gallons per minute. It's designed to conserve oil and equipped with self-standing, swing-up, flat-bar heating elements to ensure a long service life. It comes with three twin baskets and features SMART4U® programmable controls for users to craft consistent product.
