  • Mixed feelings....

    By on December 18, 2012

"I have mixed feelings on this sink.... The sink itself is nice. Fine for what I plan to use it for. However, you must purchase the frame to install the sink. I had a plumber here to install the sink. He said these sinks with these frames are old and haven't been used in 20 years. The "tabs" that you're supposed to pop out to support the sink, aren't correct....they're for a cast iron sink. I would need corner clips (like they used to use) to hold the sink into the frame. The lady at PW Stoelting wasn't of any help either. Long story short, without the clips and short of welding it, there's no way to hold this thing in place. Because I'm short of time, I have to get this sink rigged up so it will stay in the rim. What a headache....KaTom shouldn't sell these unless its for a replacement for someone who already has the clips - or the correct kind of frame. Disappointed."

"I just started a new business making candy and needed a 3 basin sink for my Commercial Kitchen. I did an internet search and this was the best value for the money after searching around quite a bit."
