Shipped broken down, the Metro N576C chrome wire shelf kit comes with four posts and four wire shelves. For tool-free construction, this kit includes tapered split sleeves that attach to the posts, and to assist with shelf placement, each post is embossed with 1-inch increments along the body. The shelves have an open-corner design to slip over the split sleeves; though each shelf can hold 600 pounds, the unit should be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds total. Because the shelves' ribs are smooth from front to back, users can quickly load canned food and other slow-to-perish items.
Overall, the Metro N576C wire shelf kit measures 717/8 inches wide by 241/8 inches deep by 63 inches high and sits on bolt levelers to comfortably rest atop smooth or uneven floors. Ideal for dry environments, it flaunts a chrome-plated finish that’s ideal for non-refrigerated back-of-house storage rooms or waitstaff workstations. To further protect the unit, its durable steel construction minimizes dents, scratches, and other minor damage.
