Metro MQ-214274G-S-4 Description
The Metro MQ-214274G-S-4 polymer louvered shelf kit is constructed of blue plastic and reinforced with epoxy-coated steel frames. This shelving kit ships knocked down and requires field assembly, which can be completed without tools. When assembly is complete, the shelf kit measures 4113/16 inches wide by 213/8 inches deep by 74 inches tall; it includes four plastic posts, four shelves, and four secure wedge connectors per shelf.
Each individual shelf features a removeable shelf mat that can be safely sanitized in a commercial dishwasher. Microban®—an antimicrobial protection technology—is built into the plastic to help prevent the growth of mold and bacteria between regular cleanings. Because the shelf mats are louvered, they allow cold air in freezers to circulate around all sides of the stored food for optimal cooling and minimal dust buildup. While the four individual shelves each have a capacity of 800 pounds, the unit's maximum capacity is 2,000 pounds.
