Metro MAX4-2460G Description
Because of its ability to withstand wide temperature ranges, 600-pound holding capacity, and sturdy, non-corrosive construction, the Metro MAX4-2460G MetroMax® 4 Series shelf is an informed choice for restaurant kitchens. Made of polymer, the shelf is ready to attach to the MetroMax platform upon opening. It includes four wedge connectors that snap into the platform's poles for security. After this, the shelf's removable polypropylene mats can be placed on the shelf to secure products, equipment, and food items while the platform is still or in motion.
The Metro MAX4-2460G shelf features sensible properties, such as its antimicrobial Microban® product protection, which prevents bacteria and mold from growing on the platform, shelf, and mats. Its non-corrosive construction enables the shelf to endure moisture and can withstand -20 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit to properly accommodate its stocked products. The mats, which feature an open-grid design, increase airflow and secure items with their small, protective ship's edges. Their flat structure also fits into commercial dishwashers. As part of the MetroMax platform, the shelf can replace or work with the MetroMax i shelf and MetroMax Q shelf.
