Metro HS1836-EKIT Description
For keeping to-go orders and food pans warm, this Metro HS1836-EKIT Super Erecta® enclosed shelf kit features a 3515/16-inch-wide by 185/8-inch-deep heated shelf with a correlating thermostat that can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Low-wattage foil elements adhered to an aluminum diffuser direct hot air toward the shelf's surface for uniform heat distribution, and for streamlined operation, its control panel includes an accessible on/off switch. Its simple-to-clean smooth stainless steel surface resists rust and corrosion to extend its service life, while disposable cutlery, condiments, napkins, and packaged foods can be stored on the unit's non-heated top shelf.
The Metro HS1836-EKIT enclosed heated shelf kit's two powder-coated side panels, sliding front doors, and hinged rear doors encase the heated shelf, protecting against contaminants and extending holding times. This pass-thru configuration lets customers select their purchase from the front as employees insert items in the back. To inhibit bacterial growth between regularly scheduled cleanings, the door handles are treated with Microban® antimicrobial technology. Sized for countertop placement, this unit measures 367/10 inches wide by 217/10 inches deep by 175/8 inches high overall.
