Metro HS1836 Description
To keep to-go orders warm for pickup, the Metro HS1836 Super Erecta® hot heated shelf can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit with its thermostat. For even heat distribution, foil elements are attached to an aluminum diffuser that guides warm air toward the shelf's surface, while its conductive aluminum inner core improves efficiency. Its control panel features a thermostatic control and simple-to-operate on/off switch.
Built to last throughout high-volume use, this Metro HS1836 heated shelf's 3515⁄16-inch-wide by 185⁄8-inch-deep surface is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This smooth metal is simple to wipe clean and exudes a clean look that’s compatible with front- and back-of-house settings. Because it includes polymer feet and split sleeves, it can be used as a countertop unit or incorporated into a shelving unit with Super Erecta SiteSelect™ posts.
