Metro HS1824 24"W Countertop Warming Shelf - Stainless Steel, 120v

To keep food pans, to-go orders, and appetizers warm for pickup and serving, the Metro HS1824 Super Erecta® hot heated warmer shelf can be adjusted as hot as 200 degrees Fahrenheit with its thermostatic control. Inside the shelf, low-wattage foil heating elements built onto an aluminum diffuser guide hot air toward the surface and generate uniform radiant heat for consistency. For simple operation, this unit's control panel includes a power switch.

Because of its flexible design, the Metro HS1824 hot shelving unit can be incorporated into front- or back-of-house applications. This 23¹⁵⁄₁₆-inch-wide by 18⁵⁄₈-inch-deep shelf includes four 3-inch polymer feet that enable use as a standalone countertop worktop and a bag of four split sleeves that can be attached to Super Erecta SiteSelect™ posts for implementation into an existing multi-shelf unit. Its rectangular structure accommodates standard food pans and various to-go orders, and for lasting rust and corrosion resistance, its surface is made of smooth, simple-to-clean type 304 stainless steel.
