Metro HS1424 Description
Ideal for keeping to-go orders warm before pickup and holding foods at safe serving temperatures on buffet lines, the Metro HS1424 Super Erecta® hot heated shelf can be adjusted to as hot as 200 degrees Fahrenheit with its thermostatic control. Its low-wattage foil heating elements are attached to an aluminum diffuser that releases hot air toward the unit's surface, while its aluminum inner core conducts heat effectively for uniform results.
The Metro HS1424 heated shelf measures 2315⁄16 inches wide by 145⁄8 inches deep, including four 3-inch polymer feet that stabilize it for standalone countertop use. This unit also includes four split sleeves that can be attached to the Super Erecta SiteSelect™ posts to create a heated storage shelf or workstation. Made of smooth, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, its surface endures daily use and is simple to wipe clean.
