The Metro HBCW8-DC-UC HotBlox™ insulated holding cabinet is designed to maintain food at optimal serving temperatures while fitting conveniently under counters. It accommodates up to eight full-size or half-size steam and sheet pans with fixed wire slides spaced 23/4 inches apart.
