The Metro HBCW16-DC-M HotBlox™ insulated holding cabinet is designed for high-capacity food warming with a dual-cavity, stacked configuration. This mobile cabinet can accommodate 16 full-size steam and sheet pans, with fixed wire slides spaced 23/4 inches apart in each section. Constructed of durable aluminum, the cabinet provides reliable insulation and long-lasting performance. The clear doors enhance visibility, allowing operators to monitor contents without opening the cabinet and releasing heat.
Equipped with touchscreen controls for each cavity, the Metro HBCW16-DC-M cabinet ensures precise temperature management and easy operation.
