The Metro HBCN8-AS-UC HotBlox™ insulated holding cabinet measures 20 inches wide by 253⁄5 inches deep by 319⁄10 inches high. This undercounter unit accommodates full- or half-size steam pans and half-size sheet pans and is equipped with 2-inch casters. Made of durable aluminum, it features a solid door, analog controls, and a temperature range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
