Its undercounter, narrow design accommodates up to eight full-size or half-size steam pans, or half-size sheet pans, making it a versatile choice for foodservice operations. Constructed of durable aluminum, this cabinet ensures efficient heat retention, while the clear, full-length door enables staff to monitor content without releasing heat. Fixed wire slides spaced at 23/4 inches provide secure support for pans, and the unit is fitted with 2-inch casters for smooth mobility and easy positioning.
