The Metro HBCN4-AS-UC HotBlox™ insulated holding cabinet features a compact undercounter design, measuring 20 inches wide by 253⁄5 inches deep by 241⁄2 inches high. Built with a durable aluminum construction and solid door, it ensures consistent heat retention. This unit holds full- or half-size steam pans and half-size sheet pans, supporting a temperature range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Its analog controls provide straightforward adjustments, while the 5-inch casters enable easy mobility in busy foodservice environments.
