With a capacity of four full-size or half-size steam pans, or half-size sheet pans, this cabinet is ideal for space-constrained kitchens. Fixed wire slides with 23/4-inch spacing securely hold pans, and the unit is mobile on 5-inch casters for convenient positioning.
The Metro HBCN4-AC-UC heated cabinet features top-mounted analog controls for straightforward temperature adjustments.
