The Metro HBCN16-DC-M HotBlox™ insulated holding cabinet combines advanced technology with durable construction to maintain food at optimal serving temperatures. Its mobility is enhanced by 5-inch casters, making it a versatile solution for busy foodservice environments. Crafted of aluminum, it provides excellent heat retention and durability. This full-height, stacked dual-cavity unit accommodates up to 16 full-size or half-size steam pans, or half-size sheet pans. The cabinet features two transparent, full-length doors for the straightforward monitoring of contents without releasing heat, while fixed wire slides with 23/4-inch spacing securely hold pans.
Equipped with dual 22/5-inch touchscreen controls, the Metro HBCN16-DC-M heated cabinet allows precise and independent temperature management for each cavity, simplifying operation. Each section is powered by an 875-watt heating element, and the cabinet includes two NEMA 5-15P cords for 120 V/60 Hz/1-ph power. Ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens, catering services, and banquet operations, this cabinet offers a combination of cutting-edge technology, efficiency, and convenience.
