Metro HBCN16-AS-T Description
The Metro HBCN16-AS-T HotBlox™ insulated heated transport cabinet is a durable solution for maintaining food temperatures during transport and service. Fixed wire slides with 23/4-inch spacing securely accommodate pans, and the cabinet is mobile on 5-inch casters with a full perimeter bumper and a swing-up rear handle for safe transport. This full-height cabinet features a stacked, dual-cavity design, holding up to 16 full-size or half-size steam pans, or half-size sheet pans. Each cavity operates with an 875-watt heating element, and the cabinet includes two NEMA 5-15P cords for 120 V/60 Hz/1-ph power.
The Metro HBCN16-AS-T heated cabinet is equipped with separate analog controls for each cavity, enabling precise and independent temperature management. Designed for heavy-duty applications, the cabinet includes travel latches and hasps for secure door closure during transit, ensuring consistent heat distribution and food quality. Ideal for catering, banquet, and transport operations, this cabinet combines mobility, efficiency, and robust construction. Its aluminum construction provides excellent heat retention and long-lasting durability, while the solid, full-length doors enhance insulation and protect contents.
