The Metro HBCN16-AC-M HotBlox™ insulated holding cabinet operates within a temperature range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This full-height, dual-cavity mobile unit measures 20 inches wide by 253⁄5 inches deep by 667⁄10 inches high and holds full- or half-size steam pans or half-size sheet pans. Equipped with analog controls, it enables precise temperature adjustments for each cavity. Its durable aluminum construction, 5-inch casters, and clear doors provide stability, mobility, and simple monitoring.
