Metro C599-SDS-LPDC Description
For extended service in commercial environments, the Metro C599-SDS-LPDC mobile holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel—a resilient, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. To protect doorframes and surrounding equipment during transit, it's built with a non-marking polymer bumper that also functions as a drip trough to streamline cleaning. This unit features intuitive touchscreen controls that include a password-protected control lock to prevent accidental or unauthorized modifications.
The Metro C599-SDS-LPDC heated cabinet features extruded aluminum lip-load slides and can hold (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. To accommodate various holding needs, it has a temperature range of 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while its high-density fiberglass insulation prevents heat from seeping out of the cabinet. This unit is mounted on 5-inch casters so operators can comfortably wheel it throughout a dining hall or long-term care facility. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
