Metro C599-SDC-LPDC Description
The Metro C599-SDC-LPDC mobile holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel to provide long-term rust and corrosion resistance in high-volume settings. Equipped with casters, it can be wheeled throughout a dining hall, event venue, or medical facility, and to maintain food quality for extended holding times, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation. This full-height, pass-thru model accommodates (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and operators can load and unload pans through its double-paneled tempered glass Dutch doors.
To streamline operation, the Metro C599-SDC-LPDC heated cabinet features touchscreen controls, an auto-start feature, and a password-protected control lock that prevents unauthorized adjustments. It has a temperature range of 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and alarms that notify operators if the temperature or water levels fall below the specified range. This unit features a non-marking polymer bumper that also functions as a drip trough to minimize messes. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 363/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
