Metro C589-SFS-LPFC Description
To ensure safe food holding, the Metro C589-SFS-LPFC insulated heated cabinet is equipped with an alarm that notifies staff if the temperature drops too low. Overall, it measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high, and its lip-load slides accommodate (35) 18-inch by 26-inch pans of food. To adjust the temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, operators can utilize the control panel mounted to the top of the cabinet. It also includes a solid-state controller that provides a readout of the temperature for monitoring.
The Metro C589-SFS-LPFC full-height heated cabinet is a pass-thru unit, enabling employees to retrieve product from either side of the cabinet. Because it's positioned on 5-inch casters, it can be maneuvered through a banquet hall to streamline foodservice. This unit is made of durable stainless steel, which can withstand years of repeated use, and to reduce heat loss, it's insulated with high-density fiberglass.
