Metro C589-SDS-LPDC Description
Digital controls are mounted to the top of the Metro C589-SDS-LPDC insulated mobile heated cabinet to enable temperature adjustments from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a push-button memory recall function to pull up recent settings, and a low-temp alarm beeps if the temperature drops to unsafe holding levels. To simplify product retrieval, this pass-thru unit has doors on both sides and is mounted on 5-inch casters to enable mobility.
The Metro C589-SDS-LPDC full-height heated cabinet has glass doors on one side to provide a cabinet view and solid doors on the other to retain heat. To further prevent heat from escaping, the cabinet is insulated with full-perimeter, high-density fiberglass. The 3-inch, lip-load slides can accommodate as many as (34) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. This unit is made of stainless steel to provide durability, and it measures 29.1/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high overall.
