Metro C569-SFS-LPFC Description
The Metro C569-SFS-LPFC C5™ 6 series heated holding cabinet's pass-thru configuration enables operators to load and retrieve pans from the front or back of the unit. The front door's solid, fully insulated design helps prevent temperature fluctuations, and the back door's transparent, double-pane tempered glass construction offers a clear view of products. Its lip-load slides accommodate (35) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans, and the slides are secured on stainless steel vertical uprights. The cabinet interior is made of 22-gauge stainless steel while the cabinet's exterior has a polished, 20-gauge stainless steel construction; both metals resist corrosion and rust while ensuring durability.
Operators can use the Metro C569-SFS-LPFC holding cabinet's temperature controls to adjust temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermostatically controlled, ducted heating system circulates warm air through the cabinet, reducing heating and recovery times to accommodate consecutive warming applications. To ensure products are held at the correct temperatures, an analog thermometer provides a constant temperature readout, even when the unit is unplugged. Great for foods that tend to dry out, an integral water pan system introduces passive humidity that can help preserve food textures.
