Metro C569-SDS-LPDS Description
The Metro C569-SDS-LPDS C5™ heating holding cabinet is a full-height, pass-thru model with two sets of solid Dutch doors. To withstand heavy use without rusting or corroding, it's constructed of durable, simple-to-clean stainless steel. It's equipped with a reliable analog thermometer with which operators can monitor the unit's temperature; this temperature can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the top-mounted control system. Overall, this unit measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
Users can wheel the Metro C569-SDS-LPDS heated cabinet throughout an event venue or dining hall because it's equipped with 5-inch casters. Its integral water pan system delivers passive humidity to the cabinet to prevent food from drying out, and its high-density fiberglass insulation preserves heat to optimize product quality further. It operates with a ducted heating system to shorten recovery times and accommodates a total of (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans.
