Metro C569L-SDS-L Description
To improve food quality by preserving warm air, the Metro C569L-SDS-L C5™ heated holding cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass. It uses an integral water pan system to add passive humidity to the air, while its ducted heating system shortens recovery times to optimize performance. Using comfortably accessible top-mounted controls, operators can set the cabinet's temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, it measures 291/8 inches wide by 345/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
Resilient to support high-volume use, the Metro C569L-SDS-L heated cabinet's interior and exterior are constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel. It's equipped with a set of solid Dutch doors through which operators can access the interior, and it can hold (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. So users can view the current temperature at a glance, it's furnished with a reliable analog thermometer. This unit is mounted on casters for comfortable mobility.
