Metro C569L-SDC-LPDS Description
A full-height model, the Metro C569L-SDC-LPDS C5™ 6 series heated holding cabinet measures 291/8 inches wide by 325/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high. It's mounted on 5-inch donut casters that enable users to transport it through an event venue or cafeteria. It has a temperature range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust these levels using accessible top-mounted controls. This unit's universal wire slides are adjustable in 11⁄2-inch increments to accommodate various needs.
To extend its service life in high-volume environments, the Metro C569L-SDC-LPDS holding cabinet features a rugged stainless steel construction. This metal resists rusting, warping, and corroding and can be quickly wiped clean. It's insulated with high-density fiberglass to preserve heat loss, and its ducted heating system provides rapid heating and shortens recovery times. To prevent food from drying out, it uses an integral water pan system to supply the air with passive humidity.
