It accommodates (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and its universal wire slides can be adjusted in 11⁄2-inch increments. For the strength to withstand high-volume use, this unit's exterior is made of rust- and scratch-resistant stainless steel, while the interior is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum.
To retain heat and improve food quality, the Metro C569L-SDC-L heated holding cabinet is built with high-density fiberglass insulation. It utilizes an integral water pan system to add passive humidity to the air, and its ducted heating system shortens recovery times for optimal efficiency and performance. With comfortably accessible top-mounted controls, users can adjust the cabinet's temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, it measures 291/8 inches wide by 325/8 inches deep by 743/4 inches high.
