Metro C537-HFS-U Description
To ease transportation, the Metro C537-HFS-U C5™ 3 Series mobile heated cabinet is fitted with molded-in handholds and mounted on 5-inch casters. Its red polymer exterior remains comfortably cool to the touch and resists dents or scratching. Made of aluminum, the interior defends against corrosion and streamlines cleaning.
The temperature of the Metro C537-HFS-U 3⁄4-height heated holding cabinet can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a removable, bottom-mounted control module. To reduce energy consumption and preserve heat, it features Insulation Armour™ and a solid, insulated aluminum door. This unit can accommodate (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans.
