Metro C537-HFC-U Description
Insulated with long-lasting Insulation Armour™, the Metro C537-HFC-U C5™ 3 Series mobile, 3⁄4-height heated cabinet is ideal for holding food at warm, appetizing temperatures before it's served. The polymer exterior resists dents, warping, and scratches, and it remains cool to the touch while the unit is heated. For transportation, this unit features molded-in handholds as well as 5-inch casters.
The interior of the Metro C537-HFC-U heated holding cabinet is constructed of aluminum—a corrosion-resistant metal that's easy to clean. Operators can set the temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a bottom-mounted control module. This module is removable to enable thorough cleaning and streamlined maintenance.
