Metro C537-CFC-L Description
The Metro C537-CFC-L C5™ 3 insulated mobile heated cabinet is a 3⁄4-height piece of equipment with the capacity for 27 pans. It's constructed of strong red Insulation Armour™, and operators can keep an eye on product through its clear polycarbonate door. For facilitated cleaning and upgrading, the bottom-mounted control module is removable without tools.
Designed with a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Metro C537-CFC-L heated holding and proofing cabinet is designed to retain heat while remaining cool on the exterior for user safety. Its lip load slides are on 11⁄2-inch centers, and two of its 5-inch casters are equipped with brakes for stationary applications. This durable piece of equipment is resistant to dents and stains.
