Metro C535-HLFC-4 Description
Part of the C5™ 3 series, the Metro C535-HLFC-4 heated holding cabinet is a lower-wattage piece of equipment protected by red Insulation Armour™. The cabinet can be used for mobile and stationary applications, and its half-height design doesn't take up as much space as full-size units. This piece of equipment is constructed for optimal insulation. Operators can view product through its clear polycarbonate door, and the removable bottom-mount control module streamlines servicing.
Temperatures in the Metro C535-HLFC-4 insulated mobile heated cabinet range from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its fixed wire slides are on 3-inch centers, and it has the capacity for eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans. For safety, two of the 5-inch casters are equipped with brakes. This piece of equipment is built for heat retention, energy reduction, and employee safety.
