Metro C535-HFC-4 Description
Part of the C5™ 3 series, the Metro C535-HFC-4 heated holding cabinet is constructed with red Insulation Armour™ that keeps the interior hot and exterior cool, and this mobile piece of equipment is a half-height unit. Its clear polycarbonate door enables users to keep an eye on product while it's in the cabinet, and the modules are convenient to remove, facilitating cleaning and future upgrades.
The Metro C535-HFC-4 mobile heated cabinet is designed to retain heat and save energy, and its temperature ranges from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its fixed wire slides are on 3-inch centers, and it has the capacity for eight 18-inch by 26 inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21⁄2-inch pans. For mobility, this piece of equipment is constructed with four casters, two with brakes.
