Metro C533-CLFS-L Description
To enable transportation through a banquet hall or hospital, the Metro C533-CLFS-L mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet is fitted with 3-inch casters. Its control panel is removable and can be used to adjust the temperature as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The solid door and Red Insulation Armour™ maintain consistent temperatures in the cabinet to keep food warm for serving. Its polymer drip tray captures moisture to prevent it from dripping on the floor when the door is opened.
The Metro C533-CLFS-L undercounter insulated heated holding and proofing cabinet's door swings open 180 degrees for optimal access while loading and unloading food pans. Built with lip-load slides, this unit can accommodate (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. It measures 27.63 inches wide by 311/2 inches deep by 32 inches high and is designed for undercounter use.
